Project- Time Capsule
A time capsule is an historic cache of goods or information, usually intended as a method of communication with future people and to help future archaeologists, anthropologists, or historians. As part of first year history you must create your very own time capsule. Your capsule will take the form of an A3 size envelope provided by your teacher. Items for the capsule may include:
> A letter to your future self
> Photographs - Family/Friends/Pets
> Newspaper/Magazine Articles
> Coins
> Cinema Tickets
> Text of an Interview
< Bucket List
> Questionaire
> Train Timetable
> Compilation CD
> Class Test
>Top 10 Lists - Songs/Films/Books/Celebrities
> A Postage Stamp
> A Diary of One Week in Your Life
You should try to date as many of your items as possible. Some, such as newspaper articles will already be dated. Once you have gathered all your items they should then be placed into the A3 envelope. The envelope must be sealed and labelled with the following details: name, date, time, teacher, class and date to be opened
