Work for Rang Vivaldi during School Closure
Hello all! I hope this message finds you and your families, safe and well. As we our living through unprecedented times, I think it would be a great idea to document this living history. This Covid-19 outbreak will go down in the history books in years to come and you will be able to tell your own children and grandchildren about it. SO, I want you all to keep a diary of this school closure. Get a small unused notebook and start writing. Just a few lines day, how you are feeling, what is happening in Ireland on that day AND don't forget to include some statistics from around the world. This will be a unique primary source that you have created during this strange time. I will be checking in on your diary's progress regularly, so keep it up. Ms. Fisher

- I highly recommend you watch the film Ghandi starring Ben KIngsley- A really interesting insight into India's struggle for Independence!
- Constant revision is needed now guys. Practice short questions in exam papers and tackle some long questions- remember you have a good bit of choice on the paper. Revision of key words is essential. Do at least 3 sets per day- just orally is fine.
- Practice document based questions in exam papers- many of you fell down here. you can get all answers on the www.examinations.ie website- go to exam archive and choose the year you are attempting in the exam papers-then choose marking scheme in the drop down menu.
- Remember a 20 mark question needs no more than 10 pieces of information- each keyword should be fully explained.Pg 437 in the textbook gives you a breakdown of the paper and marking scheme. AND some sample answers which are helpful. Those of you who struggle with time management really need to look at this!!
- Finally, enjoy the holidays. This are difficult times for us all so mind your mental health, read a book, listen to some music-and STAY INDOORS! See you very soon, hopefully!! Ms. Fisher
